From oven-fresh pastries, tropical fruit and champagne at breakfast to Sri Lankan- style curried river crab, Maldivian yellowfin tuna tartare and vibrant salads, everything is prepared with passion and precision by our exceptional chefs. It is also here that a celebration of Maldivian food and culture is hosted once a week. Beloved national dishes such as Mas-Bai are served while members of the local community gather to perform traditional music and demonstrate their arts and crafts, such as palm leaf weaving and fresh coconut cutting.
